Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Stanardsville

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Management, Mobility Assistance, Meal Preparation, and Companionship. My wife is type 1 diabetic and has diabetic neuropathy in hands and feet with associated loss of mobility and manual dexterity. She also has Systemic Mastocytosis with chronic pain. Her left ankle is broken and she's currently non weight bearing on that leg. We need assistance with transfers to/from bedside, commode, wheelchair, and stair lift. We're looking for assistance testing blood sugars and administering insulin as needed. Also need to ensure other meds are administered on schedule. Help with meal prep/serve while I'm at work. Should be patient, task oriented. Must be OK with cats. Additional information can be provided. We may have other needs or requirements not listed here.
