**Please note this account is run by both me (Aleshia) and my mom (Kim). We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver for my granddad/her dad (Jim), who is in his 80s and resides in Stafford, VA. We are looking for someone who has a passion and calling for senior caregiving. Additionally, our ideal candidate will have experience working with dementia, as Jim is in the moderate stages of dementia. REQUIREMENTS: The primary job responsibilities include preparing healthy meals, ensuring Jim eats his meals, supervising medication intake, laundry, light housekeeping, and daily walks either outside, or on his treadmill. Additionally, providing companionship and engaging in activities to help alleviate his loneliness is essential. We highly value someone who takes initiative and possesses a nurturing personality.
