Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife In North Chesterfield

23236 ZIP Code. Seeking hands-on care for my 69 yr old wife, rehabilitating from major surgery, flat on her back continuously since 12/2. Needs help only with Toileting, Bathing/Dressing and Incontinence, a couple of hours each day, seven days a week, and we are flexible on time of day. Right now, temporarily, she has limited use of her hands, no use of her legs. Rehab should take three to four months to become self-sufficient again. I am full-time at home, and take care of cooking, feeding, housecleaning, errands, etc. All activity is on first floor of a single-family detached house; quiet, safe neighborhood, with no pets and no other occupants besides the two of us. I'm open to compensation in a retainer-type format, if per hour compensation is not acceptable.
