Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Richmond

About who needs care: Looking for someone to come in and help my father who has beginning stages of dementia. My brother is highest level autistic. They need someone to be there help with meds and meals. Help get my brother on the bus for his program. Clean the house and make meals. Doing laundry and basic housework. My father is self-officiant just doesn't cook and needs help with his meds. He bathes and cares for my brother but needs someone not afraid to tell him I'm helping as he has refused help. Current nurses are just not compatible and changing too much for our family. About the care needs: Need someone not afraid to tell my father they are helping and not take no as an answer. They do better with women. Sweet but stern! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
