Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Richmond

UPDATE: Our dad is back in the hospital so thank you for now, and we will reach back out if he recovers and comes back home. Seeking hands-on care in Chesterfield VA for my 89 year father. Tasks required include evening medication, rolling him and changing into new depend, feeding dinner, and emptying colostomy bag prior to bed. My dad is currently bed bound and has very limited movement but can roll for depend change. Caregiver must be very comfortable with 4 dogs.
