Hands-on Care Needed For My Brother With ALS In Chesterfield

Looking for hands-on care for my 64-yr old brother w/ ALS under hospice care at his home. He is completely bed-ridden & can't move any of his body. Need to help with toileting in bed, bathing, giving medications, feeding, repositioning his arms/legs/fingers/feet, grooming, changing tv channels. He can currently still talk, but his voice is getting weaker, and he is starting to have difficulty swallowing so only eats soft foods now. Need a kind, patient soul who doesn't mind getting up & down to go back to his room to help him when called, & at least every 2 hrs day & overnight when he hasn't called to see if he is awake & needs anything-Will become more frequent as his voice diminishes. We don't realize how much we take for granted until you see someone who can't move at all anymore. Light housekeeping if needed. Thank you in advance.
