Will give me medicine and food (pre-cooked) daily. Require transportation to appointments (using my accessible vehicle), so must have driver's license. Immobile MS patient, so must be able to lift and assist with transfer from bed to motorized wheelchairs (have assistive devices. Home has street parking. No pets
