Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Portsmouth

I need senior care provider with experience for the sweetest lady you will ever meet. She is 93 years old and recently came home from a rehabilitation center where she was there to get help with her mobility. Now that she's back home she needs help to get cleaned up and to get her food in the morning. She does currently have a small sore on her back that needs the bandage replaced everyday. Our care concerns are: Wound Care, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion.
