Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Poquoson

About who needs care: She has an inoperable brain tumor, currently going to radiation m-f and takes chemo pills daily restarting this Monday, I have her medication set up in a weekly container 1 for regular medication and the other for her chemo. Treatment for both should stop early January, they are estimating she has 5 months left to live. ( she is NOT AWARE OF THAT) She is now diabetic, and her current caregiver was us and our 87-year-old grandma, but she doesn't feel comfortable or trust herself to check her blood sugar or to give insulin. And while we are working that is what we need to make sure, she is following her diabetic diet and being checked when necessary and making sure she is getting to the bathroom before she has an accident. She has a rollator walker she uses and the bathroom is on the main floor, shower assistance could help if available but ok if not, we can figure it out. About the care needs: She loves to talk, very cheerful and optimistic, similar energy would be nice. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
