Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Norfolk

About who needs care: My father has significant cognitive decline, heart failure, and other medical conditions. He is mobile and walks around on his own, but tires quickly and can be unstable on his feet. Most days he spends most of his time sleeping. But there are other days he is walking through the house going through everything. About the care needs: Someone with patients and understanding is a must. Most of the time he is passive and cooperative, but there are times when he becomes agitated. He is not able to find the appropriate words to express himself most of the time, but does try. He really does not have any hobbies or interests at this time. He will watch TV but not sure how much he understands. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
