Companion Care/Doctor Appointment Transportation Needed For My Husband In Monroe

My husband became disabled in April 2024, so this is all new to us. Fortunately, I mostly work from home and perform most of the care duties for my husband. But when I am working, his needs still need to be met; that's where you come in! Scott needs someone who is comfortable using a Hoyer Lift to transfer him from bed to chair and vice versa. We would love someone who had transportation that could accommodate a power chair, but know this may not be possible. But, if you do have such a vehicle, you'd be responsible for transporting him to/from appointments. We prefer a caregiver who is comfortable with pets and is CPR / first-aid trained. I am very hands on, so for most duties, you will be a back up. We are an easy going couple; Scott loves to cook, his new chair is going to make that easier for him. We hope to find a good match!
