Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Midlothian

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father who has ALS and is his 80s. He has limited mobility and requires a Moderate to Maximum amount of Assistance (i. e., the caregiver performs 50-75 % of the work to complete transfers) with transfers. He is 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 130-140#. Assistance with bathing and cleaning should he have an incontinence episode is one of the requirements. The caregiver MUST be physically able and capable (i. e., has experience and training) to safely transfer from chair to wheelchair and /or wheelchair to bed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
