Companion Care For My Father & General Help Around The House In McLean

We would like to find someone (or a couple of people - one at a time) to be a friend and companion to my dad (who has dementia). My husband (mostly) works from home, and I am a stay-at-home mom who is in and out a lot with our teenage kids. My dad will not want to be followed around, so anyone coming in should be his friend and willing to stop and talk with him, go for a walk, help with a puzzle, or leave him alone. When not with him, I'd love for someone to help with the house (and cooking for the house occasionally), and with our 2 large dogs. We are looking for a kind person who will become a family friend and help with anything we need when my dad is napping or wants to be left alone.
