Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In McLean

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing. Incontinent but needs help to regain ability to use facilities independently. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. First the first week, 10/9-10/16/24, I will be looking for 2 people, 12 hour shifts each, as my Dad adjusts to being home. After that week, will need 9-12 hours a daily (Sunday-Saturday). I realize I will likely need to hire more than one person to support these time-frames.
