Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Manassas

We are hoping to find a compassionate, caring, reliable person to provide care for my Mother. She is 81, with dementia and incontinence. The latter being the biggest need for care. She needs her private area to be washed frequently and changed into clean, dry underwear and clothing. I am hoping to find a caregiver that can work with me to identify a schedule that will work for both of our needs/availability. I need a senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation. Assistance with medication is needed. Some light tidying up is involved. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation.
