About who needs care: I'm somewhat mobile but need help with household chores and someone to pick up my mail. May need more help with appointments later, but unable to travel anywhere right now. About the care needs: They don't need specialized skills. They do need to like little dogs (although I can keep them in their crates). Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
