About who needs care: My mom is visiting her granddaughter at VMI and we need someone to push her around in the wheelchair. She does not need medical care. We will need someone to push her around, as needed. She will want to see the Parade and football game. There is a shuttle on VMI campus - that she may be able to use. Otherwise utilizing the sidewalks with wheelchair access she will need someone to safely push her.
