About who needs care: just my father needs the assistance with his personal care and mobility assistance - both parents need transportation as neither can drive now. Dad needs help getting up and showered and dressed in the morning, help getting to the bathroom and some assistance with eating and daily tasks, assisted mobility with his walker or a wheel chair, and then assistance getting ready for bed. Over nights are necessary because he is a fall risk at night. Mom just needs companionship and support and transportation. She is fully mobile and still cooks all meals and does laundry and grocery shopping etc. Fullu independent except for transportation. About the care needs: someone who likes to talk and is observant and able to anticipate ny dads needs, fun, honest and easy going but able to take charge and provide direction Physically able to help get my dad in and out of bed, shower and chairs and in and out of the car etc. Parents faith is important to them, Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
