I am looking for some assistance for my 88-year-old father who prior to his injury lived independently with my mother. We are hoping to bring him home from the rehab facility at the end of the month. He uses a walker and wheelchair to get around and will have home health there a couple of times a week to continue his PT/OT/ST. I'm looking for someone to assist him with his personal care (bathing, dressing), practicing/supervising safe transitions, maybe some light cleaning and help with soft/pureed meal prep. The start date and times are flexible. Home is one level.
