Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Herndon

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. The daily tasks include helping with light meals, bathroom trips, and help moving around the house. She can walk but is fragile and has to hold on to something when she's walking. She also uses a walker.
