About who needs care: Yes. she has an underlying condition. Her weight isn't ideal. She needs companionship. She needs help with doing structured exercises. She's very quiet but enjoys meeting people. She likes o retad, to travel but isn't able to do so right now. My brother-in-law is wonderful & caring with her but isn't able to help her to get around the house. She likes to take walks but isn't able to. She needs encouragement that she will do things again. I live in FL. About the care needs: Be able to help with self-help personal care. Be able to give her all the encouragement to want to get better & take care of her own needs. To be a good listener, friendly, understanding of her inabilities right now. She likes to watch different TV shows. She uses a stair-lift. Encouraging good dietary foods so she can reduce her weight. She does enjoy cooking but her husband does all of it right now. She loves her family & grandchildren. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
