About who needs care: She has some memory issues, so she needs help remembering to take her medicine and getting to appointments. She needs support to eat well, because when left to herself, she just snacks. About the care needs: She can still do a lot of things herself and we are trying to maintain as much independence as possible. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
