Looking For Help With Personal Care For My 94 Y/o Mom (independent Living)/Hampton, VA

About who needs care: - My mom is 94 and Ivies in an independent living apartment with lots of support; my sister 15 minutes away. She works full-time as a teacher. - I live in Denver, work remotely. I often fly to VA to work/help as able. I am currently recovering from surgery and am unable to travel. - Mom fell for the second time in as many months 01/26/25. She broke her hand. She recently transitioned from a cast to a brace and is doing well overall, has resumed most of her ADLs. The main thing we need help with is personal care/bathing - probably twice/week visits for a couple of hours at a time. Again, my sister is nearby and able to assist. Some private duty help would decompress her caregiving load. We can be flexible on days/times. I just arbitrarily picked some for the app/site.
