Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Hampton

I am looking for a caregiver to be part of a team that takes care of my 92 yr old mom. She is coming home from hospital after fighting pneumonia. Willingness to work one or two overnights would be a plus. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments.
