About who needs care: She was born with a condition that causes graduating paralysis. Her state currently is that in the past year she's beginning to lose the ability to walk and the use of her hands is limited as well she can maneuver herself into a wheelchair but with much difficulty. She's terrified of palliative care because she's paranoid that they are just trying to remove her from her home to put her into an assisted living or nursing home and allow the county to "steal her property" About the care needs: She prefers a male caregiver. She has a temporary one now that she hired privately however he will be moving next month. His service is to her are mostly hygienic; shower, bathroom, diaper changes, help with Falls, carrying her trash to the dump (as there isn't any pick up service where she lives) Etc Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
