Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: My Mother and Father have been joyously married for over 50 years. Around 2017 we started noticing short term memory loss that has gotten progressively worse to present. My Father does the preponderance of household chores, additionally laying out her clothes for the day, supervising her , all cooking, etc. the man is hopelessly devoted but anyone has to have a few minutes outside of sleeping for personal time for lack of better description. I will be in Virginia early next week for the holidays. I would like any suggestions and a few different courses of action for my Dad when I get up there. Anything from one day a week for 4-5 hours to daily visits. My Family is extremely generous when it comes to something like this. For this not to fall on deaf ears I need reasonably solid numbers and someone with a special bearing that has experience that my Mom will be naturally comfortable with. About the care needs: Experience with dementia. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
