Seeking Senior Care Provider In Glade Spring

About who needs care: I need to have someone go in and assess my mothers condition because she wants me to get her a place here where I live and help take care of her but according to my brother her condition has worsened and she can barely walk and she isnt taking care of her hygiene. She sleeps all day and stays up smoking cigarettes all night playing her games and she isnt cleaning up after her dog and my brother works 3rd. She has grown hateful towards him so Im at a lose on what to do. If she is in this type of condition and from my experience in the field then she will need to go to a facility for her own safety. The problem is, she wants to keep her own money and she wants her cigarettes. My poor baby brother doesnt know what to do.
