Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Haymarket

About who needs care: No medical issues. I little bit of confusion around some tasks recently. Likes some light exercise. There is a workout room at her complex. Cooking is a real challenge so some meal prep with leftovers is a high priority. Possibly getting groceries in the beginning to see what sticks (loves any kind of pasta). Hygiene check for regular bathing probably good. She has someone in the building doing some part time house keeping but would need to monitor or assist with that. About the care needs: Honestly some small amount of patience with her getting used to some assistance, but she is pretty reasonable and easy going. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
