Seeking hands-on care near Fredericksburg for myself in my 30s. I would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. I have an automatic Hoyer lift to get me in and out of bed if needed. I'm looking for some help preparing meals. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands.
