Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Fredericksburg

About who needs care: My father is recovering from a femur fracture now using a walker rather than a wheelchair but is still unsteady on his feet. He has mild-moderate dementia. We are looking for some help to monitor him overnight and assist with basic ADLs. He can be stubborn but never combative or violent. About the care needs: Looking for someone who is patient and reliable. Dad needs encouragement to do his exercises. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
