Tom here, I am a 57yo heart failure patient. My wife works WAY too many hours. I am an LVAD heart patient and mostly in a wheelchair. I can get around some, but not great. We are here in Falls Church and looking for someone to come in 3 days a week, a couple hours a day to help with cleaning around the house, cooking, doing laundry and such.
