Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Culpeper

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s. Assistance with medication is needed. Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation, and laundry. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We ask that you schedule transportation and doctors appointments as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. She has dialysis; will need to be able to push her in a wheelchair. Non smoker preferred as she is on oxygen.
