Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Christiansburg

I am looking for part-time care and assistance for my Mom in Christiansburg. She is 85 and very active and independent, however in the last few months her vision and memory has declined. She also has had several falls and skin tears. She is in need of someone to help her with errands, perhaps going to Dr. appointments, grocery shopping, potentially meal prep and general organization. She is very nervous about having someone come in her home and wants to initially have someone come 1 or 2 times per week, and see how it goes. As I mentioned, her memory and vision has declined in the last few months so this could result in more hours in the future. She would like to stay in her home as long as possible.
