About the job
About who needs care: I'm a wheelchair user with CP. I cant walk, but independent in toileting and personal care. I just need someone to help me get places and to make sure I don't drown in the pool Id like to get to. I am political, so I would like to get to meetings. I also like to write, so there might be trips to the library and to writing groups. I haven't hired transportation in a few years, so I am not quite sure what a reasonable rate is, but what I've put here is absolutely negotiable. I just need a little help getting around. About the care needs: I am LGBTQIA. I honestly don't really care what you believe, as long as you can be respectful to me as a rather left leaning and progressive person. Otherwise, I will probably be quite annoying to you. I am independent in the bathroom and don't need that kind of personal care at home. I really need to exercise more, and would very much like to go swimming. I might need a little assistance in the recreational center and might need to be spotted in the pool, Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
