Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Charlottesville

About who needs care: Mom has just come out of hospital for second time in 3 months. First a fall and then a car accident. She has some long term concussion symptoms that we are managing. We are mainly looking for lunch prep, some light housekeeping (we have a housekeeper every two weeks so this is minimal), maybe run her to Costco or grocery once a week, prep dinner. About the care needs: Mom has always been super friendly and outgoing, loves to chat but the concussion symptoms limit her ability to hold long conversations. She loves to get out in her garden, recently found some TV shows she likes. She is being a little difficult about meals but I think that is just with us family. Dad still in home and able bodied but works Tuesdays and Thursdays so we need coverage those days, plus a bonus day to give him some rest from care taking. Sister and I have been trading off weeks but can't continue this schedule long term. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
