About who needs care: Looking for someone to take my mother to/from her hair appointment every Thursday. Duration would generally be 2 hours, 10:30-12:30. Mom has COPD, uses a rollator and might need to take oxygen with her sometimes. Occasionally she might need help in her apartment, such as opening something or getting an item from the back of the closet. Learning how to change the regulator on her oxygen tank would be helpful. There is potential for the job to grow into more caregiving tasks as her needs increase. Mom likes to chat though she can be direct in her communication. About the care needs: Female preferred.
