About who needs care: Undiagnosed dementia possibly Alzheimer's. Waiting on confirmation of diagnosis. No Hobbies other than TV. Medication is daily. Need help with shower bath shaving washing hair. Possible companionship for 30 minutes but not sure yet based on hallucinations and memory at this point. Companionship might be in the future. The main goal is to have someone come out and help with basic needs and care. His ideal day would be waking up watching TV talking napping showering grooming watching more TV taking nap and then going back to sleep. This was his normal routine before he started with hallucinating 2 weeks ago. About the care needs: Patient personality. Strong personality. Able to possibly deal with memory loss and hallucinations not remembering the caregiver. Specialized skills would be with memory care and basic needs. No specialized Hobbies needed. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
