About who needs care: My father has, until a few weeks ago, lived alone and driven. He fell in his home and has felt unstable since then. I have not seen him yet but talked with him. He is the nicest man you'll ever meet. His forgetfulness comes and goes. He still knows everyone and likes to care for himself. I will be visiting him on Friday and will have a better idea of his condition. About the care needs: He is a gentle person. It's a small town. Everyone knows and lives and respects him. He has a brother who lives locally. He will want to visit him and his friend Gloria. He has been so independent since my Mama's death. He has simple needs. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
