Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Ashburn

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 70s. She had surgery about a week ago and lives alone. Need someone to check in on her daily to ensure she is taking her medication, eating and moving around / remaining active. Assistance with bathing (or at least monitoring) may be needed as well as some light housekeeping (washing dishes, taking out the trash). We also need someone to walk her dog as well as her mobility is limited. Providing companionship and social interaction would also be nice. Must be a non-smoker and comfortable with pets (she has a small dog who is very sweet).
