About who needs care: Have to talk with doctors first as to my needs About the care needs: I would like to have someone with good English communication skills. My own abilities in other languages was so not good at all in my college languages classes.!!! So communication is important. It can be a person second language for sure, that is perfectly fine, just so we can work well together. I have used home care personnel for two knee replacements and value very much the profession and their services. I am easy to get along with too. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
