About who needs care: Currently lives independently, no health history, no prescription medications. Becoming more frail, walks with cane but less steady, short term memory loss. Consistent daily routine; looking for someone to ensure gets bathed/sink bath as she requests, light housekeeping (put dishes away, do laundry, prepare meal), ensuring safety while moving around house. About the care needs: She is increasingly hard of hearing. A caregiver with a thick accent would be frustrating for her. She would want a female caregiver. She loves gardening, sharing stories from her past. Has been a hospital gift shop volunteer (and many other volunteer gigs) over the course of her life. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
