Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: Looking for help for my parents who are both 78, one has epilepsy which is controlled and the other has beginning stages of dementia. Both physically able to take care of themselves, but could use some help around the house, with meals, and with my dad who has dementia. About the care needs: Someone with experience with dementia would be nice, someone who will give them their space when needed and not get too involved personally. Someone who could help with meal prep and possibly some grocery shopping and driving parents to different appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
