I need care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping. Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Patient manages multiple chronic illness and has unpredictable symptoms from day to day. Need someone on Mondays from 1-6 p.m. or 2-7 p.m. May Also need on call care on days I am bedbound.
