About who needs care: I have proximal myotonic muscular dystrophy. I cannot walk. I spend most of my time in bed, but occasionally I like to get in my wheelchair. I do not need someone to stay with me all day. Just short visits a couple of times each day. About the care needs: Someone with a caring and warm personality. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
