Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Abingdon

I need senior care provider with experience. My mom will be coming home from skilled nursing rehab soon and she still is only able to walk and stand alone minimally. We are in need of a reliable and reputable person (s) to assist with transfers, showers (she has a shower bench) and toileting and hygiene needs and possibly incontience care. We will be making her meals and managing her medication for now. Hoping she will continue physical and occupational therapy while at home so she will get stronger and more independent. We are unsure of how many hours that we will need at the moment, but we are trying to be proactive and get something in place. We will require references and interviews.
