About the job
My sister in law has ALS, and has lots of difficulty speaking, cannot walk more than a few steps completely leaning on a walker, and needs help with bathroom, dressing, showering, and stretching. 1) ability to move a heavy patient that has difficulty standing from a recliner to a walker, or to a shower chair. She is 250 pounds so it requires strength and stability. 2) Availability on afternoon/evenings 2-3 days a week, 5-10 p.m. , but are flexible with which days you come in.
