Daily Check In For Parent In End Stage COPD

We are looking for daily check in in our Mather to ensure she is taking her mediation, eating properly and alert. We have home health care setup for a weekly nurse visit, physical therapy, and bathing. Additional assistance needed for help with medication, light housekeeping and meal prep We are looking for help pre-hospice for a COPD parent in end stage COPD. She has some mobility and is able to communicate. She does have some dementia, forgets a lot and needs gentle reminders of daily routine on important items such as medication, eating and check ins in alertness. She does have a dog and cat
