Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Salt Lake City

About who needs care: C2 to T1 cervical spine fusion after fall down my basement stairs on November 22. Discharged from a Rehab Center on Jan 19 after anterior and posterior fusion surgeries . Also had pulse feed Ablation performed on my heart to correct high heart rate due to Afib and flutter. Procedure was successful. Currently using walker but can walk without with caution. Very limited use of right hand. Left hand approximately 75 - 80%. Primary need would be housecleaning, laundry and some help with food prep for the most part. I enjoy travel, bass guitar, music, karaoke, photography, humor and conversation. About the care needs: Dual language English/Spanish. Sense of humor and diverse conversation. Positive energy. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
