Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Salt Lake City

I need a senior care provider with experience. My care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, laundry, mobility assistance. I need someone who is physically able to help transfer me from either a recliner or wheelchair and back. I weigh approximately 150 pounds. Bathing / Dressing, I need some help getting into the shower, but I am able to give my own shower and with a minimum of help dress myself. I also want someone who can run errands and provide transportation when needed. I prefer that the care provider is trained as a CNA. I live in Cottonwood Heights, it would be a big positive if the caregiver lived in the vicinity of me and would be able to come back for a short time n $in the early evening. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments.
