Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Salt Lake City

About who needs care: Currently in a rehab facility. Recently became very ill with a UTI and was hospitalized. Doesn't have the strength to get out of bed and walk. Had mobility issues prior to the illness but could use a walker. Is/was prone to falls. Is diabetic and has dementia. About the care needs: Should have some nursing skills. My mother is incontinent. Caregiver should have an understanding of dealing with a narcissistic personality disorder. In other words - be patient. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
